Snowshoe adventure Biberegg-Mostelberg
The Biberegg-Mostelberg snowshoe experience not only offers you a great combination deal for a day in the snow, but also a natural and panoramic experience in a snowy fairytale landscape.
Start your snowshoe adventure at the Beaver Creek Ranch restaurant and mount the rented snowshoes. After Biberegg you walk over a picturesque bridge and cross the small river Steiner Aa. Soon you are in a small snow-covered fairytale forest. In between, you enjoy the view over the breathtaking Rothenthurm high moor and later on to the Aegeri valley and Lake Aegeri as well as the mountains Rigi and Wildspitz. Shortly before the mountain station, you cross the 374-metre-long «Skywalk» suspension bridge, which leads over the Lauitobel at a height of 58 metres. Arriving at the Mostelberg restaurant, you will be rewarded with a delicious soup and refreshments. Then take the world's 1st revolving gondola to the Sattel-Hochstuckli valley station and from there take the bus back to Biberegg.
