Protective measures Coronavirus

The protective measures are based on the respective current requirements of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), public transport (PT), the cantonal authorities, the cantonal doctor, the municipality and the industry-specific recommendations of Seilbahnen Schweiz and Gastrosuisse.

Safe winter sports

We will have all lifts open in winter 2021/22, snow conditions permitting. And we want you to be with us with a good feeling.

General safety measures

  • The protection concept specifications valid since summer 2020 and coordinated with public transport still apply (distance, hygiene, mask obligation).
  • We wash and disinfect our hands regularly.
  • We maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 m.
  • Where the distance cannot be maintained, a mask should be worn.
  • In case of symptoms of illness we stay at home or in our accommodation.
  • Using the SwissCovid app helps protect everyone.
  • Whenever possible, we pay cashless or buy tickets online.

Protective masks can be purchased at the valley and mountain stations for CHF 1.

For the protection of us all

The safety and health of our guests as well as our employees is our primary goal. To achieve this goal, we adhere to the legal requirements as well as to our protection concept. Our employees are informed, trained and implement the measures.

Mountain railroad and skiing area

  • Masks are compulsory in the gondolas.
  • At the ski lifts there is no obligation to wear a mask and no certificate.
  • The gondolas are cleaned daily and disinfected with a nebulizer.
  • The windows in the gondolas remain open during the ride for ventilation.
  • For an extra charge of CHF 50 you can reserve your own gondola.
  • Disinfectant dispensers are available at central locations and in sanitary facilities.
  • We have installed glass screens at numerous locations.
  • Book online if possible. Most tickets are available in the online store.
  • Pay the parking ticket already in the morning at the cash desk of the valley station.
  • You can pre-book your equipment in the sports store Tony Sport, at the valley station. Arrive, change, go.

Persons with mask dispensation

  • Persons with mask dispensation are transported to the area.
  • The guest receives a wrist control band to avoid misunderstandings with guests and staff.
  • The control band must be shown on request on transport facilities and in buildings.
  • Please be transported in the revolving gondola only with the part of the group that has arrived.
  • Please keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other guests.

Gastronomy

  • The terraces and the interiors of the restaurants & inns are open.
  • Inside the restaurants the certificate obligation applies (from 16 years).
    2G rule incl. mask wearing obligation, except during consumption when sitting at the table.

Hiking trails / theme trails / fireplaces

  • We focus on personal responsibility and respect.

Multifunctional scarf

The multifunctional scarf is now available at the valley station.

- Filter according to BAG specifications.
- Tested according to the DIN EN 14683:2019 standard.
- Filtering efficiency >95% (Bacterial Filtering Efficiency (BFE) [%])
- Nosepiece (better fit and important for spectacle wearers "reduction - fogging of the glasses".
